This service is attractive to Landlords who need or want support to ensure they are legally compliant with professional support to get the tenancy up and running in the correct manner, but they are happy to have the day to day working relationship with the Tenant from the date the tenancy starts. Let & Part or Fully Managed
We find this is our most popular service and is chosen by all types of Landlords who do not wish to, or do not have the time to manage the tenancy and Tenant relationship. Some Landlords are happy to take some risks with the tenancy so here we have a further three levels of service Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Silver Service has more risk associated for the Landlord, than the Gold Service, however the Platinum Service virtually covers everything except void period payments.
Let and Rent Collect: Silver Service
This service is attractive typically to investor type landlords who want the benefit of the Let offer but take a longer term view. They want a professional rent collection and credit control service with monthly income and expenditure statements. In addition, contractual negotiations, tenancy renewals and service of notices are included. Additional Customised Services:
On occasions some Landlords may require a “stand alone” service and we are happy to offer this wherever possible. These services may typically include:
£180 incl VAT, advising on agreement selection, preparing and providing the agreement and facilitating the sign up process
For extra peace of mind we are happy to provide the full professional suite of Tenant Referencing for £132 incl VAT per Tenant. Guarantors and permitted occupiers are priced at £60 incl VAT.
