  • Provision of paper-based Inventory/Schedule of Condition, including the Landlord’s share of the costs to check the inventory at the end of the tenancy

Set Up Fee: 90% of first months rent including VAT

Contract Amendment/Renewal Fee: £90 including VAT
The preparation, amendments and renewals of assured shorthold tenancy agreements and supervise the signing process, this is the Landlords proportion of the fee.

This covers amendment and updating of the contract and re-issue which usually takes the form of a tenancy renewal at the end of the initial term. The Landlord and Tenant negotiate any amendments to be made to the new contract.
