Set Up Fee: 60% incl VAT of the first months rent
Monthly Management Fee: 9% incl VAT of the monthly rental value

A further maintenance deposit of £150 will be retained from the first month’s rent, to facilitate payment for emergency repairs. For clarity, if you select this service other than an in emergency all maintenance is strictly between the Landlord and their Tenant.
